SAGUING - BOARD OF DIRECTOR
Felix
has been a member of FIL-AM since 1976. He is one of the active
and consistently supportive Past Presidents of the association.
He is married to Virginia (Lagade) of San Francisco, California
and is blessed with two children and five grandchildren. He is
retired and he spends his free time doing woodworking, woodcarving
and antique restoration. Before his retirement, he was a USMC,
DOD Civilian Employee.
Felix was born at Fort McKinley, Philippines. He went to Galileo
High in San Francisco, California. He went to several colleges
like San Francisco City College, Jacksonville State University
(obtained State of Alabama Teacher Credential) and National University
(BA Administration of Justice - Police Science). He also took
other courses like Criminal Investigation and Criminal Forensics.
He is a Vietnam veteran and had worked as Assistant Military Police
Patrol Division Chief, MCAS Iwakuni, Japan; Instructor in Advanced
Law Enforcement, US Army Military Police School, Alabama; retired
1stSgt, USMC; former Community Activity Specialist, MCB Camp Pendleton.
