June 15, 2008 Awarding and Appreciation Day at the Park

On June, 15, 2008, FIL-AM celebrated Father's Day and its awarding ceremonies at the Luiseno Park in Vandegrift Blvd., corner Douglas Drive, Oceanside, CA.

It was a picnic in the park with giant pizzas, cake, salads and of course, Filipino food! It was a day of handing out flowers, cash prizes and certificates of appreciation as well.

Cash prizes were given to the 2008 winners of Mrs. Fil-Am, Little Miss Fil-Am and Miss Pre-teen Fil-Am!

Cash prizes were given to 2008 winners....... because these are the pre-teen winners.

Certificates of Appreciation were handed out to the officers, directors, members and volunteers of the association who had given their full support and commitment to the organization
